These are the equipments those will be over elevator feed hopper to receive and deliver the wheat stream from the cleaning section machines to the elevators. There are a series of obstructions inside theseshifters and the wheat in a wide stream passes through these obstructions and allows the lighter and finer impurities coming alongwith the wheat stream to go alongwith the air which exists in the air duct line connected to these shifters.
Fibre (Bran) received in course of milling process usually helds with its skin some portion of endosperm. To fetch max. yield , such endosperm portion are separated from the bran skin by using the bran dusters. The Bran dusters are also taken in use as a grader for some portion of milled stock received from the break rolls by separating the portion of endosperm and the branny stock to handle separately in a suitable manner.
The offered Bran dusters are mounted on mounting pads and the rotor shaft inside is made accentric to give vibration effect to whole of the drum and so it make it in a better position to avoid choking at outlets.
The Plan shifters are used manily for shifting , dressing and grading of the ground stock in milling process in each stage of milling process. The Planshifters are made in such a flow that in one section , 6 types of graded/shifted stock by way of through and the tails with over tails can be taken out at different spouts as needed. The planshifters offered have 8 sections with 16 sieve frame in each section in each planshifter.The planshifters are the shifting media placed in swinging position with eccentric osscilating drive. Planshifters are made of lighter wood like Payne wood with square sieve frames therein. Offered planshifters have the square sieve frame of 500mm x 500 mm.
This is a supporting equipment to support the outflow Hopper of wheat from a bin through multiple holes but to again making one stream for further feeding in the process.
This is a vertical slide gate built of MS plate with a lock system in different stages to be fitted in between shooting pit hopper and the delivery chute to control the feed ( flow ) of wheat.
