The Plant Shifter are used manily for shifting, dressing and grading of the ground stock in milling process in each stage of milling process. The Plant Shifter are made in such a flow that in one section, 6 types of graded/shifted stock by way of throughs and the tails with overtails can be taken out at different spouts as needed. The Plant Shifter offered have 8 sections with 16 sieve frame in each section in each Plant Shifter. The Plant Shifter are the shifting media placed in swinging position with accentric osscilating drive. Plant Shifter are made of lighter wood like Pyne wood with square sieve frames therein. Offered Plant Shifter have the square sieve frame of 500mm x 500 mm.

These are the breaking / grinding / polishing media comprising of four rollers in two sides. Each side comprise of one pair of rolls set diagonally to each other in the bearing housings to run smoothly at desired speed . One roll rotates at the speed desired but faster than other. The other slow roll is controlled by using the pinion set of required differential ratio. The wheat is fed to the rolls through feed rolls with suitable control. The offered Roller Mills are for the milling rolls of barrel dia 250mm and 1000 mm length. The rollers mills are of casted body and housings .

Fibre (Bran) received in course of milling process usually helds with its skin some portion of endosperm. To fetch max. yield , such endosperm portion are separated from the bran skin by using the bran dusters. The Bran dusters are also taken in use as a grader for some portion of milled stock received from the break rolls by separating the portion of endosperm and the branny stock to handle separately in a suitable manner.
The offered Bran dusters are mounted on mounting pads and the rotor shaft inside is made accentric to give vibration effect to whole of the drum and so it make it in a better position to avoid choking at outlets.

These are the machines to purify the ground and dunst stocks found in the milling process and which is a blend of endosperm ,semolina with fibre (bran). An air duct line is connected to the top of these purifiers. The air sucks the lighters stocks those prevails in the fed stock over the grit Guage net and purify the dunst stock and/or semoliona. The attached fibre with the skin of the endosperm and semoloina are also loosened by rubbing against the GG net in course of purifying process. These purifiers are fitted with 2 nos. vibro motors with option for adjustment to control the stroke.
